Maintenance Supervisor

Job overview

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Dallas, TX, and supports equipment at the headquarters and two satellite facilities. Compensation is $105,000–$125,000 per year. The role leads a local maintenance team supporting Venture Metals’ operations division. The supervisor plans and carries out preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance to keep equipment reliable. The role also assigns and reviews work, supports safety, troubleshoots equipment, and coordinates parts and repairs for equipment and building assets.

What you'll do

• Schedule planned maintenance with operations
• assign and prioritize team tasks
• conduct safety briefings and after-action reviews
• perform preventive inspections and repairs on engine-driven and electrically driven equipment
• troubleshoot and repair equipment failures
• inspect and repair buildings and non-equipment assets
• source and order parts
• review timesheets and employee performance and coach staff.
