What you'll do

• Assist licensed funeral directors with family arrangements and service options
• help coordinate visitations, funerals, memorials, and graveside services
• collaborate with clergy, cemeteries, healthcare providers, vendors, and community partners
• assist with preparation and care of the deceased as permitted by law and under required supervision
• support removals and transfers
• assist with cremation arrangements and documentation
• maintain case records and follow identification, chain-of-custody, and confidentiality procedures.
