What you'll do

• Coordinate and control field labor production
• ensure crews are staffed and workmanship and productivity standards are met
• coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and manpower with project leadership
• enforce work rules and schedules
• protect employees and materials
• anticipate material and staffing changes
• instruct crews on company policies and safety practices
• maintain and clean the job site.
