What you'll do

- Develop and optimize formulations using stabilizers, hydrocolloids, buffers, and emulsifiers.
- Conduct laboratory and pilot plant trials to assess product performance and stability.
- Maintain raw material inventory and fulfill sample requests.
- Execute heat treatment processes.
- Document experimental results and communicate findings.
