Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Hayward, CA. Pay is $35–$40 per hour. The generalist administers a broad range of HR functions and serves as a resource to employees and managers. The role supports employee relations, workers’ compensation, benefits and leave, compliance, performance management, training, and engagement in a manufacturing facility.

What you'll do

• Respond to employee questions and assist with investigations and conflict resolution
• advise managers on performance and corrective action
• administer workers’ compensation processes
• support benefits enrollment and leave requests
• maintain confidential personnel records and compliance documentation
• coordinate performance evaluations and training
• support engagement, recognition, retention, and feedback initiatives.
