Security Officer – Part-Time Access Control Validation

The Security Officer – Part-Time Access Control Validation role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with a fixed Friday shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Pay is $18.30 per hour. The role supports security at a retail distribution location. The officer helps control site access and deter unauthorized activity by monitoring people and vehicle traffic, conducting patrols, responding to concerns, and documenting activity. A six-month commitment to the designated site and weekly anchor shift provides a consistent base schedule, with optional additional shifts available through the scheduling program.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site access-control procedures
• monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials or visitor authorizations, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals
• respond to incidents and notify site contacts or emergency services as directed
• monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates, docks, and controlled areas
• conduct patrols of access points, loading and parking areas, and the perimeter.
