Dental Treatment Coordinator

What you'll do

• Explain recommended dental treatments, benefits, and risks of delaying care
• present treatment costs and insurance benefits
• discuss financing and payment options and collect payments or copays
• greet patients and manage check-in and check-out
• answer calls, verify insurance, and schedule appointments
• collaborate with clinicians and the Office Manager
• cross-train for broader front-office duties as needed.
