What you'll do

• Support activities of daily living and personal care
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, and ambulation
• assist with therapy exercises under a registered therapist’s direction
• prepare meals according to dietary requirements
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• accompany clients to shopping, errands, and appointments
• remind clients about self-administration of medication but do not administer medications
• document services and report changes or incidents
• follow safety precautions and confidentiality requirements.
