What you'll do

• Coordinate medical case management with patients, physicians, healthcare providers, employers, and referral sources
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient progress
• review treatment for appropriateness, medical necessity, and cost effectiveness
• discuss treatment options with physicians
• recommend available treatment plans to payers
• coordinate durable medical equipment and nursing services
• develop cost-effective care strategies
• prepare reports within required timeframes
• meet the stated 95% monthly productivity standard.

Why this role
