By maintaining safe, welcoming facilities and keeping maintenance work documented and communicated, the role supports the agency’s daily services and operations.

What you'll do

• Assist with facilities maintenance and safety compliance
• perform seasonal deep cleaning, floor waxing, carpet cleaning, painting, and pressure washing
• maintain lawns, landscaped beds, sidewalks, and parking lots
• move and assemble office furniture and equipment
• complete minor repairs and support larger repair and construction projects
• update the Operations Manager on work orders and project progress
• document maintenance activities
• attend required meetings and training.
