What you'll do

• Own annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• set financial targets and KPIs with executives
• identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities
• develop financial models for strategic initiatives and M&A
• advise on projects, product launches, and market expansion
• build executive dashboards and reporting
• lead variance analysis and corrective actions
• manage and develop the FP&A function
• align financial planning across accounting, operations, and product.
