What you'll do

• Support PCs, printers, and network infrastructure
• install and modify PCs and desktop applications
• perform basic network administration
• manage PC and data backups and migrations
• maintain hardware inventory
• document IT processes and procedures
• assist the IT Service team with phone support when needed
• prioritize daily and weekly work orders
• travel to clinics and facilities as required.
