What you'll do

• Clean and prepare assigned guestrooms
• make beds and replace linens
• sanitize bathrooms and surfaces
• dust and clean floors and glass
• remove trash and used linens
• replenish guest supplies
• stock housekeeping carts
• inspect rooms
• report maintenance, safety, damaged, or missing items
• communicate room status
• respond professionally to guest requests
• follow privacy, security, room-entry, chemical-use, sanitation, and safety procedures. Assist with laundry, public areas, linen transport, and deep-cleaning projects when needed.
