The Director of Operations role is onsite in Chapel Hill, NC, with compensation of $145,000–$185,000 per year. Hilltop Wealth Advisors is building an operations function to support its next stage of growth. The Director will establish and lead day-to-day operations and client-service execution, creating workflows, standards, reporting, and team accountability. The role is intended to improve reliable service delivery and operational capacity while reducing the President’s involvement in daily operational issues.

What you'll do

• Assess operations, client-service workflows, CRM use, capacity, and risks
• establish workflow ownership, service standards, operating cadence, and documentation
• lead and prioritize daily work
• monitor workload, errors, backlogs, and service quality
• improve CRM data and reporting
• develop team members
• and coordinate operational compliance workflows with the President and Comply.
