Community Habilitation Direct Support Professional

Job overview

The Community Habilitation Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Utica, NY, with service areas also including Rome, Oneida, Mohawk, Herkimer, Little Falls, Brookfield, and Syracuse. Pay is $18.50–$20.50 per hour. The role supports individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other intellectual and developmental disabilities through home- and community-based services. The DSP implements and monitors individualized Staff Action Plans and provides habilitative and behavioral support. The work builds skills and supports positive interactions, independence, inclusion, and quality of life in the person’s home and community.
