The Group Manager- Research Operations for Energy Materials and Processing at Scale (EMAPS) is an onsite role based in Golden, CO, with a salary range of $120,400 - $216,700 per year. This position supports the National Laboratory of the Rockies by leading a team of engineers and technical staff in a new flagship scale-up facility for critical minerals and energy innovation. The role exists to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the EMAPS facility, ensuring safe and impactful research activities. The manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate project startup, equipment installation, and the integration of computational strategies to accelerate the scale-up of laboratory innovations into market-relevant prototypes.
