Maintenance Technician — Hotel

What you'll do

• Handle equipment repairs and coordinate vendor bids
• complete warranty submissions and maintenance inventories
• conduct and track room preventive maintenance
• review pool chemical logs and service pool and spa areas
• participate in property walks and manager meetings
• monitor maintenance work orders and guest scores
• maintain plumbing and electrical systems, fixtures, equipment, public areas, grounds, and records
• respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
