What you'll do

• Round weekly at assigned wound care clinics
• diagnose patient conditions through physical examination and/or telemedicine
• perform procedures such as debridement as necessary
• communicate findings and treatment with facility staff and patients
• document encounters in the electronic medical record
• facilitate referrals when necessary.
