What you'll do

• Oversee and inspect student flying at Heritage Flight Academy
• conduct monthly safety meetings and record minutes
• follow up on safety issues
• address student concerns
• check alignment between academic requirements and flight progress
• visit the academy weekly to meet with students and staff
• assess the program and recommend improvements
• ensure students schedule three lessons per week in Flight Schedule Pro
• counsel and document student progress
• track Part 141 class and flight-training progress in D2L
• attend open houses as needed.
