The Housing Case Manager I — South Lake Union role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with a schedule of 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Monday–Friday and a weekly Tuesday staff meeting at 1:00 p.m. Pay is $29.87 per hour. Compass Housing Alliance provides essential services and affordable housing for people and families experiencing housing instability in the Puget Sound region. The case manager provides trauma-informed support to participants working toward secure, stable housing. Through assessment, advocacy, referrals, coordinated planning, and crisis response, the role helps participants connect with resources and strengthen housing stability and tenancy.

What you'll do

• Provide trauma-informed case management using motivational interviewing and strength-based techniques
• document participant interactions and plans
• assess needs, barriers, and eligibility for housing resources
• establish goals and monitor progress
• provide referrals and advocacy
• coordinate with community providers and property management
• support tenancy stability, de-escalation, crisis intervention, and program operations.
