What you'll do

• Monitor bank balances, cash activity, and liquidity
• review bank activity and investigate payment issues
• prepare payment proposals and process approved vendor payments
• coordinate with vendors and Accounts Payable
• maintain corporate credit card schedules and reconciliations
• prepare bank, credit card, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations
• prepare and coordinate tax filings and payments in the United States and Canada
• maintain tax calendars and audit-ready records
• prepare Forms 1099
• record intercompany payments and foreign currency transactions
• maintain banking records and procedures
• identify process automation and internal control improvements.
