What you'll do

• Develop project designs, concepts, and standards under supervision
• coordinate design requirements with project managers, architects, contractors, engineers, and equipment representatives
• attend client or architect meetings and visit sites as needed
• perform calculations and design engineering systems
• create layouts, drawings, schematics, and schedules using Revit, AutoCAD, or other software
• develop heating and cooling load calculations
• model ductwork and piping systems
• prepare studies, plans, reports, specifications, and designs
• oversee drawing preparation
• and review shop drawings and equipment submittals.
