What you'll do

• Procure materials, services, and supplies in support of MRP requirements
• participate in supplier selection, qualification, and negotiation
• coordinate internal purchasing requests
• analyze quotations and recommend suppliers
• negotiate prices and terms
• resolve purchase-order and invoice discrepancies
• administer long-term contracts
• manage supplier performance for on-time delivery and quality
• support cost-reduction and other purchasing projects
• comply with company safety, health, environmental, and ethics policies.
