What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• respond to incidents, concerns, alarms, and critical situations
• monitor access and report unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, or maintenance concerns
• prepare reports and maintain activity logs and incident documentation.
