What you'll do

• Support IT system implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem diagnosis and resolution
• manage daily system configuration and operations
• assist users
• monitor client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices
• communicate escalated status
• optimize operations and capacity
• configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows systems
• maintain network components
• support system design and resolve server hardware, application, and software integration problems.
