Desktop Support Technician I

What you'll do

• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
• Service, repair, or install computers, printers, mobile devices, servers, and wired or wireless networking equipment.
• Maintain application and system accounts, permissions, and password resets.
• Document issues in ticketing systems, communicate with customers, provide status updates under service-level guidelines, and escalate complex or high-priority problems.
