Glass Project Manager / Estimator

The Glass Project Manager / Estimator role is primarily office-based onsite in Austin, TX, with occasional construction-site visits. Pay is $40,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience. What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• prepare estimates and proposals
• complete quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis
• obtain vendor and subcontractor quotes
• submit bids
• manage awarded projects from contract through closeout
• coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and field crews
• monitor budgets, costs, and timelines
• communicate with customers and project partners
• process change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
• resolve project challenges and support safe, timely, on-budget completion.
