What you'll do

• Lead leasing and renewal activities, including tours, applications, documentation, and follow-up
• assist with rent collection and unit availability records
• coordinate resident events, engagement, and referral programs
• coordinate concierge services, resident requests, and vendors
• support social media and local marketing
• manage activity calendars and community partnerships
• help maintain community spaces and model units
• answer phones and maintain records
• support a safe and respectful environment.
