What you'll do

• Open and close the restaurant
• count and verify drawers
• develop team leaders
• direct shifts
• identify, analyze, and solve operational issues
• help ensure restaurant areas run efficiently
• meet quality requirements and customer service standards
• obtain a food handlers certificate within the first five days of employment.
