What you'll do

• Provide basic nursing care and procedures under licensed nurse direction
• assist with hygiene, bathing, grooming, adaptive equipment, toileting, mobility, transfers, and restorative procedures
• measure and record vital signs, heights, and weights as instructed
• respond to call lights and check residents who cannot call for help
• report condition changes
• maintain resident areas and equipment according to infection control guidelines.
