Description
Administer the Nursing Services under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services. Recognize and respond to changes in patients’ conditions and document observations, interventions and outcomes. Orient, instruct and supervise other nursing personnel. Evaluate patient’ condition and care and develop overall care plans for patients, including rehab and restorative activities.
