• design, deploy, and support AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, ChatGPT, and related tools
• develop workflows, integrations, and business applications with Microsoft Power Platform and low-code tools
• connect cloud and on-premises systems through APIs and automated data flows
• translate stakeholder needs into technology solutions
• manage configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption
• provide advanced application support
• maintain documentation and configurations
• align solutions with cybersecurity, access, and governance requirements
• and evaluate emerging technologies.
