The Kitchen Shift Supervisor, Closing Shift role is onsite in Columbus, OH, with pay of $17–$19 per hour. Atomic Wings Columbus serves wings, tenders, sandwiches, and other food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The supervisor leads crew members during late-night shifts and helps maintain smooth kitchen and front-counter operations. The role supports food quality, order accuracy, customer service, sanitation, and completion of shift and closing duties.

What you'll do

• Lead and assign tasks to crew members
• monitor food quality, portions, preparation times, and order accuracy
• assist with cooking, food preparation, cashier duties, and packaging
• resolve customer concerns
• monitor cleanliness and food safety
• complete shift and closing duties
• monitor inventory
• receive and organize deliveries
• train new crew members
• and report operational issues.

Why this role

Late-night schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 9:00 PM–2:30 AM; Thursday–Saturday, 9:00 PM–4:30 AM. Availability five days per week, including weekends and late nights, is required.
