What you'll do

• Maintain lawns, landscaping, walkways, entrances, and exterior common areas
• weed, prune, trim, plant, water, and fertilize as needed
• remove clippings, leaves, litter, and debris
• maintain amenities and common spaces
• assist with trash removal and basic grounds repairs
• monitor and report unsafe conditions and maintenance concerns
• operate and care for landscaping equipment and tools
• follow maintenance schedules and safety procedures
• prepare common areas for events and inspections
• interact courteously with residents, board members, vendors, guests, and coworkers.
