What you'll do

• Welcome members and create a positive first impression
• explain self-service options including Interactive Teller Machines
• process transactions and resolve account and service needs
• open consumer accounts
• identify opportunities to connect members with loans, mortgages, and wealth management
• recommend improvements to member experience and branch operations
• comply with policies, procedures, audits, and balancing standards.
