What you'll do

• Provide hardware and software support for Windows and Mac desktops and laptops. Configure, test, and install printers, scanners, and network copier/printers
• use computer images to install and configure laptops and PCs
• apply approved BIOS updates and patches
• support file-share and permissions issues
• and track, log, and report service requests.
