What you'll do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment such as HVAC systems, lighting, power distribution, plumbing, and overhead doors.
• Interact with fire protection systems and generator applications.
• Utilize hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and computers.
• Operate forklifts and lifts.
• Wear applicable personal protective equipment and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Work in elevated areas.
• Maintain an organized work area.
