What you'll do

• Manage multiple branch renovation and improvement projects
• coordinate clients, designers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and authorities
• maintain schedules and project reporting
• oversee compliance with design, brand, security, and operational requirements
• manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls
• coordinate work to minimize disruption
• monitor design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout
• manage contractor performance
• resolve issues and mitigate risks
• support value engineering and business development.
