Job overview

The Brewista role is onsite in Rio Grande, NJ, with a flexible schedule that may include early mornings as early as 5 a.m. and late nights as late as 11:30 p.m.; availability for at least 15 hours per week is expected. Pay is $12.50 per hour. The 7 Brew mission is to inspire a community of kindness through a coffee experience. Brewistas prepare drinks, take and process orders, handle payments, and keep the stand clean and stocked while creating positive customer interactions and supporting the shift team.

What you'll do

• Confirm and enter customer orders in the point-of-sale system
• collect payments and provide correct change
• prepare drinks and premixes
• learn menu offerings and make recommendations
• complete shift-change duties and checklists
• clean and stock the stand
• follow sanitation and safety standards.
