What you'll do

• Engage stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and operational requirements
• gather, document, validate, and prioritize requirements
• facilitate workshops and design sessions
• translate needs into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• own and maintain the product backlog
• analyze processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities
• collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business users
• support testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and stabilization
• prepare business cases and process documentation
• track decisions, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests
• provide training and adoption support as needed.
