Senior Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead complex projects or concurrent programs
• manage project budgets, forecasts, margins, and financial risks
• develop execution, staffing, logistics, and resource strategies
• serve as an executive-level client contact
• lead contract administration and change-order resolution
• oversee procurement
• mentor project managers and assistant project managers
• coordinate field, engineering, BIM, prefabrication, service, and support teams
• report project performance and risks
• support business development and client retention
• ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• oversee closeout, commissioning, and turnover.

Why this role

Requires 8–12+ years of progressive relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with equivalent relevant experience potentially considered. OSHA 30 is required or must be obtained within a defined timeframe; PMP is strongly preferred.
