What you'll do

• Manage the sales forecast rhythm and pipeline practices
• use the GTM technology stack to generate insights and automation
• oversee commission plans, system implementation, monthly close, and payouts
• define KPIs and maintain dashboards
• identify and improve sales process inefficiencies
• own Quote-to-Cash workflows
• build and manage deal desk processes, including deal structuring, pricing approvals, and contract reviews.
