What you'll do

• Support daily site responsibilities and program flow
• develop weekly and monthly activity plans aligned with educational and licensing standards
• help maintain family accounts and collect accounts receivable balances
• assist with staff supervision and scheduling to maintain proper ratios
• communicate equipment and supply needs
• maintain attendance, financial, sign-in/sign-out, and other site records
• follow up on absent children
• communicate program issues
• step into the Site Supervisor role when needed.
