The Overnight Caregiver — Dementia Care, 7 PM–7 AM role is onsite in Mount Juliet, TN, with an overnight shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pay is $25 per hour. Helping Hearts USA LLC provides non-medical in-home care for a client with dementia or Alzheimer’s-related needs. The caregiver maintains a safe, calm overnight environment through supervision, personal care, companionship, and dementia-friendly reassurance. The role also includes documenting observations and reporting changes in the client’s condition.

What you'll do

• Remain awake and attentive throughout the shift
• monitor fall risks, wandering, and unsafe behaviors
• respond to nighttime wake-ups and confusion
• provide reassurance and redirection
• assist with toileting, hygiene, dressing, transfers, and mobility
• offer companionship and appropriate music-based interaction
• support snacks and hydration
• complete light care-related housekeeping
• document observations and report changes.
