What you'll do

• Lead installation of Kiln Series items, general FF&E, and custom-built elements
• train, mentor, and supervise installation team members
• work with wood, metal, and composite materials
• interpret technical drawings and installation guides
• troubleshoot installation issues
• collaborate with designers and project managers
• maintain an organized workspace and follow safety protocols
• operate tools safely
• coordinate installation schedules and logistics
• contribute to site maintenance.
