Sales / Administrative Assistant – Order Management

Job overview

The Sales / Administrative Assistant – Order Management role is onsite in Meridian, ID, with full-time employment and compensation of $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports Action Garage Door’s Sales / Operations department as customer orders move from sale through installation. This position helps keep orders accurate, materials coordinated, and customers and builders informed so jobs are ready for installation scheduling. It supports the sales team and Installation Coordinator with order processing, purchasing coordination, and a smooth handoff to installation.

What you'll do

• Support sales representatives with estimates, data entry, customer information, and order processing
• maintain sales orders and customer records in ServiceTitan
• review measurements, product selections, and specifications
• resolve missing information and track orders through procurement
• prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, purchasing, and warehouse teams
• update customers and builders on order status, delivery timing, and installation readiness
• partner with the Installation Coordinator to ensure job details and materials are complete before scheduling.
