What you'll do

• Provide engineering ownership and technical guidance for engine wiring harness design, development, integration, and assembly
• evaluate and disposition nonconforming material
• troubleshoot electrical issues with production and field service
• lead cross-functional reliability, cost reduction, alternate sourcing, and new product introduction efforts
• manage CAD models, drawings, wiring schematics, and specifications
• initiate engineering change requests
• lead component-level DFMEAs and safety analyses
• protect company intellectual property.
