Human Resources Business Partner

Job overview

The Human Resources Business Partner works onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, with 25%–50% travel required. The stated salary range is $65,000–$95,000 per year. The role is part of Cogir Senior Living’s Colleague Experience team, supporting operations leaders and employees across its senior living communities. The HR Business Partner provides day-to-day guidance across the employee lifecycle, helping leaders address employee relations, performance, workforce, and policy matters. The role also conducts investigations and uses people data to support compliance, consistent practices, and improvements to the employee experience.

What you'll do

• Advise operations, executive, and regional leaders on employee relations, performance, workforce, and talent matters
• coach leaders on performance management and difficult conversations
• interpret HR policies and escalate complex matters
• conduct workplace investigations and prepare findings and recommendations
• identify compliance risks and partner with Compliance, HR leadership, and Legal
• analyze employee data and recommend process improvements.
