The Supply Chain Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Devens, MA, with a stated salary range of $90,000–$140,000 per year. Commonwealth Fusion Systems is working to deliver fusion energy and develop commercially viable fusion power plants. As part of the Supply Chain Operations Team, the supervisor leads warehouse and materials operations to support company objectives in a research and manufacturing environment. The role oversees safe material movement, inventory accuracy, dock operations, staff performance, and continuous improvement so materials and equipment are available to internal teams.

What you'll do

• Direct warehouse and dock material handling
• oversee crane, gantry, and hoist operations
• enforce lift plans and rigging procedures
• manage receiving and delivery coordination
• establish material flow and staging
• lead inventory counts and ERP transaction accuracy
• coordinate with quality teams on damaged or nonconforming parts
• enforce safety and HazMat requirements
• supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
• and lead 5S and continuous improvement projects.
