Services Superintendent

What you'll do

• Research and recommend scopes of work, contractors, vendors and suppliers
• submit RFPs to clients within 72 hours
• coordinate awarded work, subcontractor buyout and management, material procurement, invoice review and client approval
• manage projects to meet schedule, budget and client-satisfaction objectives
• keep current on construction practices, ADA standards and building codes
• communicate with site-level personnel
• inspect completed work for quality
• support safety meetings and programs
• develop client and subcontractor relationships
• review invoices for accuracy and agreed terms.
